What are the directions for using the products in the DrFloras® Ultimate Kit?
NOTE: Taking Probiotics as a daily supplement is recommended, even when not doing the Colon Cleanse. You may choose to take your bottle of Probiotics during the first 30 days of your cleanse, OR you may choose to take the Probiotics for 30 days after you have completed the Parasite Defense.
Days 1-15: Take the DrFloras Colon Cleanse and Cleanse Support as directed on the bottles.
Days 16-31: Take the DrFloras Parasite Defense as directed on the bottles.
How to increase your daily servings of DrFloras Colon Cleanse:
Days 1-3: Drink 1 serving of DrFloras Colon Cleanse per day.
Days 4-5: Drink 2 servings of DrFloras Colon Cleanse per day.
Days 6-15: Drink three 3 servings of DrFloras Colon Cleanse per day.
How often should I cleanse?
What are possible reactions to the cleanse?
The cleanse is helping your body get rid of many toxins. By scraping out the toxins, some may be released and absorbed into your body. Some of the reactions you might experience because of this are: headaches, itching, tiredness, body odor among others. This is only temporary and should pass quickly as your system becomes cleaner. People who have never cleansed in their life usually feel side effects more pronounced than those who have been cleansing regularly. Think of it like washing your car − if you haven’t washed your car in years, the water is going to be really dirty and your towels will have the side effect of also getting dirty. But if you wash your car once a month after your last wash, everything will be much cleaner, including the towels.

If you are on medication and your physician gave you his/her approval to start the cleanse make sure you take your medication at least 2 hours before or after taking one of the DrFloras® colon cleanse shakes.

What is Apple Pectin?
Apple Pectin is a soluble fiber that that is helpful in maintaining good digestive health. “An apple a day keeps the doctor away” is an old saying that may be true. Studies have shown that apples contain the highest levels of pectin of all fruits. Apple Pectin is believed to maintain glucose and cholesterol levels.
What is Bentonite?
Bentonite is a safe, natural clay used for thousands of years. When ingested, bentonite attracts toxins to itself and it is capable of absorbing more than 30 times its weight in toxins, including heavy metals. People taking Bentonite clay have claimed to experience incredible results with all kinds of ailments.
What is Fennel Seed?
Fennel Seed helps to alleviate intestinal spasms, reducing cramping and gas. It has been used to treat food poisoning, colic, and Crohn’s disease.
What is Grapefruit Pectin?
Grapefruit Pectin is another soluble fiber that helps with digestions. Studies have shown it also reduces cholesterol levels and is believed to lower high blood pressure.
What is Psyllium?
Psyllium is a fiber that absorbs toxins by scrubbing the intestinal walls and moving this waste through the colon. DrFloras™ uses a patent pending psyllium formula that may be light years ahead of other psyllium based products.
How should I take the parasite cleanse along with the colon cleanse?
We recommend you take the colon cleanse for the first 15 days. The cleanse will rid your body of many of your parasites and worms. After the cleanse, begin DrFloras™ Parasite Defense to launch the final assault on any remaining parasites, worms, and their eggs.
Can I take the DrFloras Probiotics while using the colon cleanse?
DrFloras™ Colon Cleanse is extremely effective at ridding the colon of bad bacteria, but in the process it can also strip the body of beneficial bacteria. Because of this, some customers prefer to take the probiotics along with the colon cleanse as well as after the cleanse. If you’re not going to take them during the cleanse, then it is highly recommended all users of DrFloras™ Colon Cleanse use probiotics upon completion of the cleanse to re-establish the healthy intestinal flora.
What is DrFloras Return Policy?

In order to return the product, you must go to www.drfloras.com and click on the “Contact Us” link at the bottom of the page. Here, you may request an RMA number and return instructions. Please include your full name, order number, and reason for return when contacting us; otherwise we will not be able to issue an RMA.
All returns must include a copy of the packing slip along with the RMA number provided to you – no exceptions.
All refunds are for merchandise only, less shipping and handling.
Orders containing only one (1) bottle are refundable for up to 365 days from purchase date.
Orders containing two (2) or more bottles (including any kit) are guaranteed for 30 days. The customer has 30 days from the date of shipment to request an RMA. We must receive your returned items within 30 days of us issuing your RMA; no refunds will be processed for expired RMAs. There is a 20% restocking fee for orders with multiple bottles returned. The restocking fee applies to SEALED bottles only.
DrFloras can only accept up to one opened bottle, PER ORDER, for a refund. Please note that any additional bottles returned opened and/or unsealed will not be eligible for refund and cannot be returned to you as opened bottles are immediately discarded upon receipt. You can only receive a refund for one opened bottle, plus any unopened (sealed) bottles you return. A sealed/unopened bottle is defined as still having the clear outer seal intact on the bottle.
All refunds will be issued in check form only within 30 days of receiving your returned items.
If you return an order, we must assume that you are not satisfied and will not reorder that product again. Your contact information will be entered into our RMA system and the DrFloras guarantee will not apply to you for any future order(s) you purchase, regardless of item(s) purchased.
If you are a repeat customer for the same product, the DrFloras guarantee only applies to your most recent order. If you are a repeat customer purchasing a completely new product (one not previously ordered), the policy applies to any product(s) in that order that have not been previously purchased.
The customer is responsible for all shipping costs when returning a product.

What is DrFloras Shipping Policy?
Orders placed before 1:00 PM PST on a business day usually ship the same day. Orders placed after 1:00P PM PST on a business day usually ship the next business day.
All orders placed on the weekend are shipped within 1 to 2 business days.
Orders placed during the Holidays will ship out within 2 to 3 business days.
What if My Order is Missing?
If you have not received your order within 10 business days of placing your order, please contact us by clicking on the “Contact Us” link at the bottom of the page. Please provide us with your full name and order number when contacting us. We will be able to provide you with tracking information on your order.
If the tracking information shows that your order has been delivered and you have not received it, we will immediately reship your order, free of charge. Please note, no refunds or reimbursements will be issued for shipments you have not received if tracking information indicates that the order has been delivered.
What is DrFloras Cancellation Policy?
All orders are charged and processed immediately. We are unable to cancel an order once it has been placed. Please take this into consideration when ordering.
