What are the directions for using the products in the DrFloras Ultimate Kit?
If you purchased the DrFloras Ultimate Kit, we recommend you take the product as follows:
Days 1-15 : Take the DrFloras Colon Cleanse powder as directed on the bottle. You will be taking these shakes away from meals and any other pills or medications.
Days 1-15: Also take the DrFloras Cleanse Support during this same time period. However, take the cleanse support with your meals, and NOT at the same time you drink one of your Colon Cleanse shakes.
Days 16-30: After finishing the colon cleanse, take the DrFloras Parasite Defense as directed on the bottle, for the next two weeks.
Days 31-60: Take the DrFloras Probiotics for a month, as directed on the bottle, to restore healthy intestinal flora.
How often should I cleanse?
This should be determined by how you feel. We recommend a minimum of twice per year, and you can increase this based on what your body is telling you. Many customers take our cleansing product on an ongoing basis
What are possible reactions to the cleanse?
The cleanse is helping your body get rid of many toxins. By scraping out the toxins, some may be released and absorbed into your body. Some of the reactions you might experience because of this are: headaches, itching, tiredness, body odor among others. This is only temporary and should pass quickly as your system becomes cleaner. People who have never cleansed in their life usually feel side effects more pronounced than those who have been cleansing regularly. Think of it like washing your car – if you haven’t washed your car in years, the water is going to be really dirty and your towels will have the side effect of also getting dirty. But if you wash your car a month after your last wash, everything will be much cleaner, including the towels.
Should I change my diet while I’m on the cleanse?
It is recommended that you eat and drink healthy choices while on the cleanse. Plenty of vegetables and water, and lean proteins such as chicken and fish. However, do what is comfortable for you. One thing to keep in mind is that you should not eat any food a couple of hours before or after you take your cleanse shake, as the formula may absorb the nutrients from your food if taken too closely together.
What Juice should I use to take the cleanse with?
We recommend using purified water, but if you must use a juice to mix your DrFloras™ Colon cleanse powder into, then apple juice is the best choice when taking the cleanse. Its properties stimulate the bowel movements and support detoxification. If you choose not to use apple juice then pear juice and grape juice are also good choices. Even cranberry juice can be used. Citrus juices are not recommended to be taken with the cleanse as they might release toxins faster than your body’s ability to get rid of them.
How much should I drink while cleansing?
Staying hydrated is of utmost importance while on the cleanse. When taking your colon cleanse shake, you should immediately follow it up with another 8 to 12 oz glass of water. In addition to this, most people benefit from drinking an additional 8 glasses of water throughout the day, or more if you are highly active.
What happens if I miss a serving?
Simply continue to your next scheduled serving.
How should I feel during the cleanse?
Each person is different. Some people don’t notice much of a change until after the cleanse, while others may feel more energetic during the cleanse. Depending on your diet, many people feel more full and eat less during the day while cleansing.
Will I be running to the bathroom all the time?
No, your bathroom frequency might double over what it is now, but the DrFloras™ cleanse is not a laxative and will not cause you to race to the bathroom at inconvenient times.
Why do I feel bloated while taking the cleanse?
DrFloras™ Colon Cleanse consists of a proprietary fiber formula with patent pending ingredients. As you might have already noticed, it expands quickly after mixing. This expansion continues in your intestinal tract, filling all the nooks and crannies to reach all the toxic build up. This swelling of the formula in your digestive tract might cause you to feel full or bloated. This is not a bad thing. The bloating will slowly go away as pounds of waste are expelled from your body. After 15 days you'll be cleansed and any bloating should completely go away, perhaps leaving you with an even flatter belly than when you started.
Will I experience weight loss?
Many users have experienced weight loss. Please keep in mind that this is not a weight loss program and should not be used as one. However, one of the benefits of a cleanse is releasing toxins and waste that you have been carrying for a while. Once you have expelled this waste, you might notice an immediate change in your weight upon completing the cleanse. The DrFloras™ colon cleanse also clears out the mucoid plaque that clings to your colon walls, allowing your body to use nutrients more effectively, thus increasing your energy levels, and this may lead to a more lifestyle, thus leading to further weight loss.
Can I use alcohol while on the cleanse?
It is best not to use alcohol during the cleanse. It may not harm you if you do, however alcohol may take away some of the necessary energy to cleanse properly, plus you want to be fully hydrated when on the cleanse, and alcohol does not help this and may lead to problems including constipation.
When will I start to see Mucoid Plaque?
Depending on many factors, some users can see mucoid plaque in as little as just a few days, while others may not see it until the end of their cleanse. Not everybody shows mucoid plaque as seen in the photos, but this doesn’t mean you’re not being cleansed. Stick with the cleanse for at least the 15 days.
Why am I not seeing Mucoid Plaque?
Mucoid Plaque on your intestinal lining may be very thick or very thin depending on your lifestyle, genetics, eating habits, and a variety of other things. If a person doing the cleanse has a very thin coating of mucoid plaque in their colon, it is possible to be passed through with your normal stool and go unnoticed. However if the person doing the cleanse has a thick coating it, you may pass stools that appear rubbery and rope like.
I have health problems. Can I still take the cleanse?
Please consult with your physician before taking any supplements if you have health problems.
I am on medication. Can I still take the cleanse?
It still possible to take the cleanse while on medication, however please consult with your physician before taking any of the DrFloras™ products.
If I’m on medication when should I take the cleanse?
If you are on medication and your physician gave you his/her approval to start the cleanse make sure you take your medication at least 2 hours before or after taking one of the DrFloras™ colon cleanse shakes.

How should I take the parasite cleanse along with the colon cleanse?
We recommend you take the colon cleanse for the first 15 days. The cleanse will rid your body of many of your parasites and worms. After the cleanse, begin DrFloras™ Parasite Defense to launch the final assault on any remaining parasites, worms, and their eggs.
Can I take the DrFloras Probiotics while using the colon cleanse?
DrFloras™ Colon Cleanse is extremely effective at ridding the colon of bad bacteria, but in the process it can also strip the body of beneficial bacteria. Because of this, some customers prefer to take the probiotics along with the colon cleanse as well as after the cleanse. If you're not going to take them during the cleanse, then it is highly recommended all users of DrFloras™ Colon Cleanse use probiotics upon completion of the cleanse to re-establish the healthy intestinal flora.

In order to return the product you must contact RMA@drfloras.com for an RMA #. Please include your full name and order number when contacting us, otherwise we will not be able to process an RMA.
All returns must include a copy of the packing slip along with the RMA # provided to you – no exceptions.
If you are a repeat customer for the same product, the DrFloras guarantee does not apply to subsequent orders (any order after your first order). If you are a repeat customer purchasing a completely new product (one not previously purchased), the guarantee applies to any products in that order that has not been previously ordered.
If you return an order, we must assume you are not satisfied and will not reorder that product again. Your contact information will be entered into our RMA system and the DrFloras guarantee will not apply to you for any future order you purchase, regardless of items purchased.
The unopened bottle policy applies to 1 (one) opened bottle only, for each product. You must return the opened bottle for a refund, even if it is completely empty. If more than one opened bottle is returned of the same product, you will not receive a refund for additional opened bottles. You can only receive a refund for one opened bottle plus any unopened bottles you return.
